A rapidly growing start-up is seeking an ambitious, entrepreneurial Executive Assistant to support two Co-Founders at the centre of a fast-moving start-up environment. This position blends executive support with hands-on operational ownership and project execution across the business. You’ll be joining a small, highly driven team at an exciting moment of growth. The role is perfect for someone who thrives in intensity, stays composed under pressure, can adapt to company needs, and is energised by sitting at the heart of a company building at speed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing executive support to two Co-Founders, including complex diary management, scheduling, meeting preparation, and travel arrangements.
  • Owning and managing high-volume inboxes, drafting correspondence, and acting as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Producing research briefs, agendas, and meeting materials to ensure the founders are fully prepared for all external conversations.
  • Handling communications with investors, clients, and senior partners, drafting polished external materials, and maintaining key relationships.
  • Coordinating office suppliers, invoices, team logistics, and supporting day-to-day office operations as needed.
  • Offer hands-on support and taking ownership for ad hoc projects across business operations as they arise.

About You

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, versatile professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being deeply embedded in the centre of a busy start-up. You’ll play a pivotal role in keeping momentum high, anticipating needs before they surface, and bringing order to constant motion.

  • Proven experience in executive support within a fast-paced, professional environment; previous start-up or financial services experience is an advantage.
  • Degree-educated (preferred).
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain clarity under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence liaising with senior stakeholders and drafting polished materials.
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and able to exercise sound judgment.
  • Tech-savvy, with interest in AI and innovative technologies, a plus.
  • Comfortable with a demanding start-up environment where flexibility and responsiveness are a part of the culture.

If you are driven, growth-minded, energised by a challenge, and you want to play a pivotal role in a high-velocity start-up, we’d love to hear from you. Please apply below!
