Job Description
Title: Executive Assistant / Office Manager
Salary: $125,000 p.a. - $145,000 p.a.

Tiger Recruitment is partnered with a private equity firm that invests in sustainable energy. They are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to support two senior executives in their Manhattan location. You will also spend about 10% of your time helping with office management since it is a small office. All candidates must have worked in private equity before and understand the deal side of the job. A successful candidate will have also supported a team. This role is five days a week in the office.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars for executives and prioritize LP/fundraising and deals.
- Coordinate end to end domestic and international travel.
- Prepare and process all expense reports
- Own meeting logistics for LPs, bankers, advisors, portfolio companies, and management teams,
- Book internal rooms, provide visitor instructions, materials, catering, video
links, and follow-up actions.
- Proactively flag when calendars are becoming overcommitted.
- Coordinate with LP, investor relations, board, portfolio company, banker, advisor, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive business information.
- Own office access and guest flow, including visitor registration, building access, door entry, guest arrival instructions, and front-of-house readiness.
- Serve as the point person for building management, vendors, service providers, maintenance requests, cleaning issues, and office supplies.
- Manage kitchen, snacks, beverages, supplies, plants, conference rooms, mail, and packages.
- Maintain inventories of IT equipment, office supplies, and other workplace assets.
- Manage visitor reception, office access requirements, and general workplace administration.
- Plan lunches, dinners, and small events when needed, with an emphasis on polished execution.
Requirements
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 6 years as an Executive Assistant and 4 years working in PE
- Polished written & verbal communication; comfortable interacting with LPs, bankers
- High degree of professionalism
- Fluent with Outlook calendar management, Microsoft Office, Teams, expense tools, travel
- Comfort with both executive support and hands-on office management
