  • Coordinate office operations and ensure the smooth running of the workplace
  • Support the wider team with administrative and operational tasks

  • Provide flexible support across the business as priorities evolve

Who You Are

  • Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Business Assistant or Operations Assistant role

  • A proactive self-starter who enjoys solving problems and taking ownership
  • Comfortable working across multiple priorities in a small, collaborative team
  • Confident building relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders
  • Interest in technology, AI and process improvement
  • Professional, adaptable and happy to get involved wherever needed
  • Experience within financial services or investment management would be advantageous but is not essential

Apply if you are looking for a broad, hands-on role where you can make a real impact and grow your responsibilities within a collaborative and ambitious business.
