Executive & Personal Assistant to the Chairwoman / CEO | International Travel | Remote
Tiger Private is delighted to present an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Executive & Personal Assistant to support the Chairwoman / CEO of Constructor Knowledge as part of a dedicated support team. This is a high-trust, high-responsibility position supporting a senior international executive across both business and personal matters. The role combines executive-level support, lifestyle management and personal assistance, requiring exceptional organisational skills, discretion and sound judgement. Working alongside a wider support team, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the seamless management of professional commitments, international travel, personal logistics and day-to-day operations. This is not a standalone assistant role and would suit an individual who enjoys working collaboratively whilst maintaining ownership of their responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing complex calendars, schedules and competing priorities across multiple time zones
- Coordinating extensive international travel, including flights, accommodation, transfers, visas and detailed itineraries
- Supporting executive meetings, board engagements and follow-up actions
- Preparing presentations, briefing documents, reports and correspondence to a high standard
- Managing personal and lifestyle administration, including appointments, reservations and family travel arrangements
- Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and ensuring efficient management of communications
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Chairwoman
- Supporting ad hoc projects and ensuring seamless coordination across professional and personal matters
- Maintaining complete confidentiality and discretion at all times
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience supporting a senior executive, founder, principal or UHNW individual
- Strong organisational, administrative and time-management skills
- Experience managing complex diaries and international travel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly discreet, trustworthy and emotionally intelligent
- Calm, proactive and solutions-oriented approach
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Comfortable handling both business and highly personal matters
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Additional languages would be advantageous
Location & Travel
This is an international role involving regular travel and coordination across multiple locations. When no travelling, the support is remote.
Salary £60,000 - 70,000
