We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Export Manager to drive international growth within their dairy products portfolio. This is a senior, hands-on role for a results-driven professional with deep knowledge of export markets, strong international business connections, and the ability to generate immediate sales impact.

The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding global market presence, developing strategic partnerships, and managing end-to-end export operations in a fast-growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

  • Identify, onboard, and manage international clients, distributors, and business partners.

  • Build, maintain, and expand long-term relationships with existing customers.

  • Oversee the full export process, including documentation, compliance, logistics, and customs requirements.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

  • Monitor international market trends, competitor activity, and customer demands to identify new opportunities.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.

  • Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in export sales or international business development within the dairy industry (mandatory).

  • Strong knowledge of international markets, export regulations, and trade procedures.

  • Proven track record of generating export sales and successfully onboarding international clients.

  • Established network of international customers and business partners is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).

  • Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively.

  • Proactive, energetic, and target-driven mindset with strong commercial acumen.
