***SaaS and Hedgefund Experience Required

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Finance Director to lead and enhance global finance function. This fully remote role is ideal for a commercially minded finance leader with a strong background in SaaS accounting, revenue operations, and strategic financial planning. You’ll play a critical role in financial reporting, operational efficiency, and supporting executive decision-making through insightful analysis and rigorous controls.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting & Accounts

• Oversee all accounting functions, including SaaS-specific accrual accounting.

• Prepare and present monthly management accounts and board packs.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and year-end accounts preparation.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and best practices.

2. Revenue Operations

• Analyze and improve sales metrics (e.g., conversion rates, ROI).

• Drive sales performance reporting and refine the sales process for better efficiency.

• Implement improved revenue recognition methodologies.

• Oversee commission and revenue share calculations.

3. Oversight of Operational Finance (Team based in the Philippines)

• Supervise bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts payable, and expense processing.

• Implement a formalized cash and expense management system to drive accountability.

4. Treasury Management

• Manage money market accounts and oversee cash flow strategy.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Finance Director or senior finance leader, ideally in a SaaS or tech-driven business.

• Strong understanding of accrual accounting, revenue ops, and KPI tracking.

• Proficiency with finance tools and platforms (e.g., Xero, NetSuite, Salesforce, Excel).

• Experience managing or collaborating with international finance teams.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for board-level reporting.

• Self-starter with a high level of autonomy and attention to detail.
