Finance Manager

Location: DIFC, Dubai
Salary: AED 25,000 – 30,000 per month

A well established asset management firm based in DIFC is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of the business. This role will play a key part in maintaining financial control, regulatory compliance and reporting standards within a fast paced investment environment.

Our client are interested in candidates who have previously worked within asset management / external asset management and/or wealth management organisations. Candidates not based in the UAE are kindly asked not to apply as it is essential that candidates have UAE experience.

Applicants must have expereince working for a company with a CAT 3C license. 

The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and external advisors to ensure the finance function operates efficiently while supporting strategic business decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reporting
• Oversight of budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
• Ensuring compliance with UAE regulatory, tax and financial reporting requirements
• Liaising with external auditors, regulators and service providers
• Managing accounting processes, internal controls and financial systems
• Monitoring operational costs and financial performance
• Supporting senior management with financial analysis and decision-making

Requirements:

• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CPA or equivalent)
• Experience working within asset management, external asset management, or wealth management firms
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and regulatory environments within financial services
• Experience working in international financial environments, ideally within DIFC or similar jurisdictions
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

This role would suit a finance professional with strong financial services experience who is comfortable operating within a regulated investment environment.
