A professional services organisation is seeking an experienced Finance Senior Manager to join its Dubai-based team. This is a broad senior finance role covering financial management, reporting, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, audit, payroll and statutory compliance, alongside team leadership and supporting senior leaders with financial insights and decision making.

Only candidates currently based in the UAE with professional services experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily finance operations and manage the finance team.
• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage cash flow, payroll, audit and statutory compliance.
• Maintain strong financial controls, reconciliations and reporting standards.
• Support senior management with financial analysis and strategic decision making.
• Drive process improvements and finance system enhancements.
• Coach and develop team members and ensure high performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years’ post qualification senior finance management experience.
• Must hold a professional accounting qualification such as CA, ACCA or CMA.
• Strong technical accounting, financial reporting and audit experience.
• Excellent knowledge of IFRS and UAE financial requirements.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial modelling skills.
• Experience with ERP/ accounting systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 advantageous.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
