Title: Financial Analyst / Senior Financial Analyst – Capital Markets

Salary: $110,000 - $175,000 p.a.

Tiger is partnered with a global professional services firm that has been in business for over one hundred years.  With global growth they are looking to grow their New York office with both Financial Analysts and Senior Financial Analysts.  You will be supporting transactions that secure growth and middle-market companies, raise capital and access US markets. This work spans equity and debt capital raising. This is a hybrid position, but you must be willing to travel to clients.

 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build / Own financial models, comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses, and DCF valuations.
• Prepare all pitch books, confidential information memorandum, investor and lender presentations, and management presentations.
• Support US listing and capital raise readiness work
• Analyze capital structures, debt terms, and financing alternatives, and build investor and lender target lists.
• Manage virtual data rooms, diligence trackers, and transaction timelines.
• Monitor equity and credit markets, comparable issuers and deal activity using Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Pitchbook and SEC EDGAR.
• Contribute to the marketing materials and research.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics
• 1 to 6 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, debt advisory, transaction advisory, equity research, or public accounting.
• Strong Excel modeling and PowerPoint 
• Use proficiency with AI tools, including Claude and CoPilot.
• Solid understanding of accounting, valuation methodologies, and corporate finance.
• Ability to work across time zones with colleagues and clients in Asia-Pacific and Europe.
• Progress toward CFA or CPA.
• Active SIE and Series 79 (Investment Banking Representative) and Series 63 registrations.
