Full-Time Housekeeper | $52-$70p/h (DOE)

Location: Woodside, California / San Francisco Bay Area

Full-Time, Permanent | Live-Out

Schedule: Approximately 40 hours per week, with the flexibility to occasionally work additional hours as needed.

Tiger is partnering with a UHNW private family who are seeking an experienced and reliable Full-Time Housekeeper to join their established household team.

This is a hands-on role responsible for the daily care and presentation of the residence, including cleaning, laundry and garment care, household organization, guest preparation, and errands. The ideal candidate will have strong private household experience and be discreet, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable adapting to the changing needs of the family and household.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Perform daily and deep cleaning throughout the residence, including the care of high-end furnishings, finishes, and surfaces.

  • Handle laundry, ironing, and steaming, including the care of fine garments, linens, and specialty fabrics.

  • Maintain closets, storage areas, and household systems, ensuring supplies are monitored and restocked as needed.

  • Prepare the residence for guests and provide support around guest stays and entertaining.

  • Handle household errands, including dry cleaning and other tasks as required.

  • Work collaboratively with the existing household team while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.

  • Support the family with changing household needs and priorities as required.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experienced private housekeeper with strong UHNW or similarly high-standard private household experience preferred.

  • Highly skilled in cleaning, laundry, ironing, steaming, and the care of fine garments, linens, furnishings, and finishes.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and dependable, with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently.

  • Discreet and trustworthy, with a strong understanding of privacy and confidentiality in a private family environment.

  • Flexible and comfortable working as part of an established household team.

  • Comfortable around dogs and cats.
