Role Overview We are seeking an FX & Precious Metals Sales professional to join a Zug-based trading and distribution team.

This role is suited for individuals with 3–5 years of experience in FX and PM sales or trading who wish to deepen their product and market knowledge within a results-driven and dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will execute trades, support clients, and develop business, gaining exposure to institutional and private trading flows, cross-asset strategies, and client relationship management.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Execution & Trading
• Support execution of cash and derivative transactions across G10 and Emerging Market currencies, as well as Precious Metals.
• Liaise with trading and operations teams to resolve trade and settlement issues.
• Manage aspects of the trade lifecycle including booking, pre-confirmation, and post- trade processes.
• Monitor client positions, exposures, and credit limits.
• Sales & Relationship Management
• Respond to client inquiries and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.
• Contribute to preparation of market commentary, product ideas, and trade proposals.
• Support sales campaigns and assist with onboarding new clients.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and product specialists to provide tailored solutions.
• Risk Management & Compliance
• Ensure all transactions comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Monitor risk metrics, exposures, and client activity to ensure adherence to firm guidelines.

WHO YOU ARE

• 3–5 years of experience in FX and/or Precious Metals sales or trading; familiarity with options and option structures is an advantage.
• Sound understanding of market dynamics, pricing mechanisms, and trade execution.
• Proficiency in Bloomberg, Excel, and order management/trading systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative team player.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages (German, French, Italian) advantageous.
• Motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
