Graphic Designer
Rate: 90–120 PLN/hour gross
Temporary Work – Warsaw, Poland

Our client, a prestigious investment firm with beautiful offices in the heart of Warsaw, is looking for two organised and proactive Graphic Designers to support their creative team and wider business by designing marketing materials and supporting the global marketing team responsible for developing brand communications.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Graphic Designer looking to develop their skills within a global investment environment and take the next step in their career.

Experience working within property or real estate in a graphic design capacity is desirable.

Hybrid working: 4 days office / 1 day remote

What You'll Do:

  • Design and develop marketing collateral for commercial real estate projects, investment opportunities, and corporate marketing initiatives
  • Create property offering memoranda, brochures, leasing presentations, investment presentations, fact sheets, case studies, market reports, advertisements, and other client-facing materials.
  • Design site plans, location maps, building diagrams, amenity graphics, development timelines, and other property-specific visual assets
  • Collaborate with marketing and business teams to communicate key property attributes, market advantages, and investment narratives through effective visual design.
  • Support internal and external events through the creation of presentation graphics, signage, environmental graphics, branded collateral, and event-related visual communications.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to execute creative solutions supporting conferences, trade shows, client events, and corporate meetings.

  • Contribute to special projects including infographics, illustration, corporate communications, employer branding, and conceptual design initiatives.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience supporting multiple international stakeholders and cross-functional business teams.
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate terminology, leasing materials, investment marketing, and property-related communications.
  • Experience with motion graphics, animation, video editing, or digital content production.
  • Working knowledge of Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar creative tools.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling and marketing communication.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  •  Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative and client-service-oriented mindset.
  •  Comfortable working with stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to take ownership of projects from concept through execution.
