We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, high-calibre Guest Services professional with strong customer service experience and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. This role offers exposure across all aspects of the business and would be well suited to a highly motivated Receptionist or Customer Service Executive with excellent attention to detail, who is looking to develop their career and learn new skills.

What You'll Do:

• Be the first point of contact for all incoming queries.
• Act as a brand ambassador, creating a warm and welcoming environment for tenants and visitors.
• Build strong relationships with tenants and become their go-to point of contact.
• Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages where required.
• Coordinate and receive deliveries.
• Order office supplies and manage stock levels.
• Administer tenant memberships and maintain IT systems.
• Ensure all systems and records are kept up to date.
• Provide administrative support to the wider team as required.

What You'll Need:

• Degree educated (desirable).
• Previous experience within customer service, reception, or administration.
• Experience in a support role within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• A passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
