About the Role:

We are looking for a senior supply chain and operations leader to own and elevate end-to-end operational performance for an E-commerce company with operations across the FCC. This role is responsible for shaping scalable supply chain and logistics frameworks that support rapid growth, commercial objectives, and customer experience. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a proven ability to drive efficiency, resilience, and cost discipline across multi-country operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain & Procurement

• Define and execute a regional supply chain strategy aligned with business growth and market expansion plans.

• Lead sourcing, procurement, inventory planning, and supplier governance across multiple markets.

• Drive continuous optimization of supply chain flows to improve cost efficiency, service levels, and operational resilience.

• Anticipate, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity and reliability of operations.

Operations & Fulfilment

• Oversee warehousing, logistics, and distribution networks to ensure timely, reliable, and scalable fulfillment.

• Introduce process improvements, automation, and operational best practices to enhance productivity and throughput.

• Establish and track performance metrics, SLAs, and KPIs to drive accountability and continuous improvement.

• Partner closely with technology, sales, marketing, finance, and customer experience teams to streamline workflows and enhance end-customer outcomes.

Leadership & Regional Strategy

• Build, lead, and develop high-performing operations and supply chain teams across geographies.

• Translate business strategy into executable operational roadmaps that support regional expansion.

• Champion the adoption of digital tools, systems, and analytics to scale operations efficiently.

• Ensure adherence to regional regulatory requirements, trade compliance, and health and safety standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related discipline (postgraduate qualification preferred).

• 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain and operations within e-commerce, retail, or FMCG environments, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

• Strong understanding of logistics networks, regulatory frameworks, and market dynamics across the UAE, GCC, KSA, and broader MENA region.

• Demonstrated experience managing cross-border supply chains and multi-country operations.

• Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset.

• Proven ability to lead senior stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams.
