Tiger Private is seeking an exceptional and experienced English/ Hebrew Rota Nanny on behalf of a soon-to-be Dubai-based UHNW family. The family is currently residing in Europe and plans to return to Dubai towards the end of 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional career nanny with extensive rota experience and a strong understanding of child development to join a fully staffed, busy household. Working alongside other rota nannies on a 2-weeks-on / 2-weeks-off rota with extensive travel between Europe, England, and the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing attentive, nurturing, and developmentally focused childcare.

• Supporting and encouraging age-appropriate milestones and learning opportunities.

• Planning engaging educational, creative, and recreational activities.

• Establishing and maintaining consistent routines.

• Managing all nursery-related duties and ensuring the child's spaces remain organised and well maintained.

• Working collaboratively with parents and household staff to ensure seamless childcare provision.

• Accompanying the family on international travel as required.

• Maintaining clear communication and detailed handovers with the rota counterpart.

• Promoting the child's emotional, social, and physical development in line with best childcare practices.

Requirements

• Early Childhood Development qualification (essential).

• Relevant childcare qualifications (essential).

• Strong and recent rota experience within private households (essential).

• Previous rota nanny experience in a private household setting (essential).

• Professional, discreet, flexible, and highly organised.

• Comfortable working within a fully staffed household.

• Working in Europe. London and Dubai. Happy to travel extensively.

• Hebrew language skills would be a significant advantage.

Package

• Salary of £80,000 gross per annum.

• 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rota schedule.

• Private accommodation, all travel and expenses paid for.
