Salary: AED 15,000 - 20,000

About the Role

A UHNW couple, newly relocated from the UK to Dubai, are seeking an experienced and discreet Housekeeper to support the smooth running of their private residences in Dubai and abroad.
This role requires someone with strong attention to detail, excellent cleaning and housekeeping standards, and the flexibility to travel regularly to the family’s properties in London and Switzerland.
Because travel is frequent and sometimes at short notice, the candidate must hold a passport that allows visa-free entry to both the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping & Cleaning

• Deliver meticulous daily cleaning of all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen spaces.

• Maintain 5-star standards of hygiene, organisation, and presentation throughout the home.

• Manage laundry, ironing, fabric care, and wardrobe organisation with precision.

• Handle delicate materials, designer clothing, and speciality surfaces correctly.

Household Organisation

• Keep stock of household supplies, cleaning products, and amenities.

• Maintain orderly wardrobes, cupboards, linen closets, and storage spaces.

• Report maintenance issues promptly and liaise with contractors if required (directed by senior staff).

Travel Support

• Travel with the principals to London and Switzerland for extended periods (approx. 50%).

• Prepare each residence in advance of arrival: cleaning, fresh linens, setup, and organisation.

• Manage packing/unpacking, wardrobe care, and general housekeeping for all properties.

• Ensure consistency of standards across all homes.

Laundry & Wardrobe Management

• Wash, steam, press, fold, and store clothing correctly.

• Care for luxury fabrics and delicate items.

• Organise luggage for travel and unpack on arrival at each destination.

Assisting with Food & Daily Routines

• Assist the chef or butler with basic kitchen tidying and meal setup as needed.

• Help maintain a smooth daily routine for the principals through proactive housekeeping.

Professional Conduct

• Maintain complete confidentiality at all times.

• Present a polished, discreet, and calm demeanour.

• Work well alongside other household staff across Dubai, London, and Switzerland.

Requirements

• Must hold a passport allowing visa-free travel to both the UK and Europe.

• 5+ years’ experience as a Housekeeper in UHNW / VIP households or luxury hotels.

• High-level cleaning skills and knowledge of correct product usage.

• Strong laundry and wardrobe-care skills.

• Ability to travel frequently and adapt to different household environments.

• Excellent attention to detail and pride in work.

• Positive attitude, reliability, and impeccable discretion.
