We are seeking a long-term Housekeeper for a private residence in the Sempione area of Milan. This is an opportunity to become a trusted, central member of a household team.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day housekeeping of the residence, as well as wider home management. This includes ordering and managing household supplies and coordinating external suppliers and contractors for minor maintenance and household needs. You will be the only member of staff at the property, so you will work independently and take ownership of the household.

The property and household

• Approximately 500 sqm across 2 floors
• 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 offices/studios and a garden
• Two young adults and two Chihuahuas
• No other staff currently employed at the residence

Your profile

• Fluent in English and Italian (French speaker would be advantageous) 
• Previous experience in luxury hotels, resorts, private households or other high-standard environments
• Strong housekeeping and home management skills
• Able to coordinate suppliers and contractors with confidence
• Organised, discreet, reliable and service-oriented
• A valid driving licence is preferred

Working pattern

• Monday to Saturday
• Approximately 4 hours per day of housekeeping at the residence (11:00 to 15:00)
• Plus around 4 hours per day on household management, planning, supplier coordination, purchasing and related administration
• Live-out position

Package

• Salary of approximately €2,500 to €3,500 + net per month, depending on experience and qualifications
• Ideal start date: 15 December 2026
