Tiger Private is seeking an exceptional Permanent Housekeeper to join the dedicated team at a privately owned estate in Surrey. This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled Housekeeper to transition their expertise from yachts into a long-term household role. The successful candidate will have at least two to three years of experience on yachts or within a similar high-standard environment, where exposure to six-star housekeeping and service standards is essential. You will be expected to uphold and deliver these same standards within the estate, ensuring every area of the property is maintained to the highest level of cleanliness and presentation. This is a rota-based position designed to provide seamless support to the household throughout the week. Standard working hours are 9 am to 6 pm, though flexibility will be required to accommodate the needs of the principals. Weekend work will form part of the schedule, typically one to two weekends per month. The role offers the option of living in or living out, provided you are within a commutable distance.

The estate is a fully staffed formal household which regularly hosts dinners, shoots, and private events, so a solid knowledge of formal service styles is key. Confidence in plated, silver service and buffet service will be required, with the ability to adapt depending on the occasion. This role is best suited to a candidate who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team but is equally comfortable working independently when required. A keen eye for detail, discretion, reliability, and the ability to anticipate the needs of both principals and guests are vital.
