Housekeeper - Private Residence | $55-$60/hour

Tiger is partnering with a private family who are seeking an experienced and reliable Housekeeper to join their established housekeeping team. Working across a large estate with multiple residences, this is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in maintaining exceptionally high standards of cleanliness, organization and presentation.

Candidates with a background in luxury hotels, boutique hotels, resorts or other high-standard hospitality environments are encouraged to apply. Previous private household experience is welcome but not essential. The successful candidate will be comfortable working collaboratively within an established team, taking direction from senior housekeeping staff and adapting to the changing needs of the household.

Flexibility is essential, as the role operates on a rota that may include weekend work and occasional last-minute changes to the schedule. This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys a hands-on housekeeping position, works well as part of a team and can respond positively to changing priorities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Carry out daily and deep cleaning throughout the residences, maintaining consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

• Handle laundry, ironing and steaming, including the care of fine garments, linens and delicate fabrics.

• Maintain closets, storage areas and household organization systems, ensuring supplies are monitored and replenished as needed.

• Prepare residences for guest arrivals and assist with maintaining the property during guest stays and entertaining.

• Complete household errands, including dry cleaning and other tasks as required.

• Work collaboratively with the existing housekeeping team, taking responsibility for assigned areas and duties.

• Follow established household routines and standards while responding flexibly to changing priorities.

• Care for high-end furnishings, finishes and surfaces, using appropriate cleaning methods and products.

• Support the wider housekeeping team as needed to ensure the residences are consistently maintained to a high standard.

WHO YOU ARE

• An experienced housekeeper with a background in luxury hospitality, hotels, resorts or a similarly high-standard environment.

• Skilled in cleaning, laundry, ironing, steaming and maintaining excellent standards of presentation.

• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive and dependable, with a strong work ethic and pride in your work.

• A team player who is comfortable taking direction from senior housekeeping staff and working within an established team structure.

• Highly flexible with scheduling and comfortable working on a rota that may include weekends and occasional changes to working hours or days at short notice.

• Adaptable and responsive to changing household needs while maintaining consistently high standards.

• Trustworthy and professional, with a strong understanding of discretion, privacy and confidentiality.

• Comfortable working around dogs and cats.

• Positive, cooperative and willing to support colleagues as part of a busy housekeeping team.
