Job Description
A fast-paced international business based in the heart of the West End is looking for a HR Administrator to join the team on a temp-to-perm basis, starting immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build broad HR experience within a collaborative and professional environment.
They are looking for an immediate start and are paying £15-£18/hour (equivalent to around £30,000-£35,000 per annum). The role is in office 4 days a week, with one day wfh.
What you'll do:
- Support the day-to-day running of the HR function across the full employee lifecycle
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, probation reviews and benefits administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and update the HRIS system
- Collate payroll changes and liaise with payroll providers and Finance
- Act as a first point of contact for employee queries and external recruiters
- Provide support on HR projects, policies and wider people initiatives
- Assist with HR administration across international entities as required
Who you are:
- You have 1–2 years’ HR or administrative experience within a fast-paced professional environment
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional, proactive and able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative approach
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and ideally have exposure to a HRIS
- CIPD qualified or studying towards would be advantageous
