Job Description

Please note that, due to the client's Emiratisation requirements, this opportunity is open to Abu Dhabi UAE Nationals only.

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager who will play a key role in driving the organisation's people strategy and supporting its continued growth. You will join a high performing HR team where you will oversee the full employee lifecycle, lead strategic HR initiatives, and partner with senior stakeholders to foster a high performance culture.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the daily HR function, ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective HR services.
  • Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR advice and workforce planning support.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management and succession planning initiatives.
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures and practices remain compliant with UAE labour legislation and government regulations.
  • Drive organisational development initiatives, employee wellbeing programmes and culture-focused projects.
  • Manage employee relations matters with professionalism, confidentiality and fairness.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits processes, performance review cycles and learning and development programmes.
  • Analyse HR metrics and workforce data to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team, promoting best practice and professional development.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support organisational transformation and change management initiatives.

 

About You

  • UAE National with Abu Dhabi Family Book is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner within a complex organisation.
  • Applications are also encouraged from those wishing to take the step into their first HR Management role.
  • Previous experience within the government, semi-government or a large corporate environment would be highly advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labour legislation, HR best practice and modern people management principles.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the full employee lifecycle and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Highly organised, commercially aware and solutions-focused with exceptional communication skills.
  • A collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about developing people and driving organisational excellence.
