HR Supervisor
Job Description
*** Salary up to 16,000 AED
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised HR Supervisor to be based in Dubai. This role will support key HR initiatives with a strong focus on Professional Development Reviews (PDR), Compensation & Benefits analysis, and Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the Professional Development Review (PDR) process, ensuring consistency, timely completion, and alignment with business objectives

Conduct Compensation and Benefits analysis, including salary benchmarking, pay reviews, and benefits administration

Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding

Support managers with performance management, employee development, and workforce planning

Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and internal HR policies

Prepare HR reports, analytics, and recommendations for senior management

Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity

Demonstrated experience in PDR frameworks, Compensation & Benefits, and Talent Acquisition

Strong understanding of UAE labour law and HR best practices
-
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

Experience working with multinational or international organisations is an advantage
