In-House Recruiter (Full-Cycle) - Hypergrowth AI startup

Full-Time, Permanent

On-site - San Francisco or New York City

Compensation: up to $180k p.a. base, + 20–40% bonus (fill-rate based) + equity

Tiger Recruitment is partnering with a well-respected hypergrowth AI infrastructure startup seeking top-performing recruiters who thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments.

This is an exceptional opportunity for driven, tech-savvy recruiters - or candidates' with equivalent commercial experience in a similar function (eg. tech sales or business development). An understanding of full-cycle experience across commercial, operations, GTM, finance, and broader business hiring is key. 

This is a true startup environment and a high-ownership role, requiring someone who is proactive, resourceful, and ready to roll up their sleeves.

The role is fully on-site and based in the company's San Francisco or New York City office.

WHO YOU ARE 

• Full-cycle recruiting experience (or equivalent commercial background) executing searches across a broad range of functions, including commercial, operations, GTM, finance, and business roles.
• Comfortable operating in a high-volume recruiting environment, with heavy sourcing & outbound, and outstanding candidate engagement skills, including managing a high volume of calls.
• Proven success working within high-growth startup environments.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-autonomy setting; highly proactive, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
