Interim Finance Director

London

Contract (8 months from October 2026 - May 2027)

£800 - £1000 per day depending on experience

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly scaling and ambitious legaltech firm based in central London.  The company is looking for an interim finance professional to lead a small Finance team, and partner with the CEO and executive team to shape business strategy.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Own and run the FY27 FP&A cycle end-to-end
• Partner with the CEO and the executive team to shape board and investor reporting and influence strategic finance decisions as they arise
• Lead the finance team
• Oversee the 2027 audit

WHAT YOU WILL HAVE/BE:

• Recent experience working for a B2B Saas company
• Prior experience running and taking ownership a full FP&A cycle end-to-end 
• Fully qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Prior experience coaching and managing a team
• Experience partnering directly with senior executives and a board
