We are seeking an experienced Luxury Residential Interior Designer to join a high-end design team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record designing luxury residences, strong technical skills, and the ability to manage complex projects from concept to completion. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to travel internationally for site visits and client meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full interior design lifecycle for luxury residential projects, including concept development, space planning, design presentations, material selection, and FF&E specifications.

• Produce accurate and detailed technical drawings, layouts, and documentation using AutoCAD and other industry-standard design software.

• Prepare mood boards, 3D visualizations, and design proposals to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.

• Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design intent and high-quality execution.

• Conduct on-site inspections, surveys, and progress reviews in the UAE, Europe, and Russia.

• Oversee and manage sourcing, procurement, and installation of finishes, furniture, materials, and accessories.

• Ensure all projects meet the firm’s design standards, budgets, and timelines.

• Stay updated on global luxury design trends, materials, and innovative solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.

• Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience, with significant exposure to luxury residential projects.

• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end residential interior design work.

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, as well as other relevant design software such as SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, bespoke furniture, and luxury FF&E.

• Experience working on international projects is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.

• Ability and willingness to travel to Europe and Russia as required.

• Knowledge of UAE market standards and construction practices is a plus.

• Fluency in English is required; Russian language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
