Investor Relations Associate 

Location: Zurich, Switzerland

For a growing international venture capital platform we are searching for an Investor Relations Associate to focus on the Nordic region.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing, entrepreneurial team in Zurich, working closely with a Partner and broader global stakeholders. The role is focused on building and managing investor relationships across Northern Europe, while supporting ongoing capital raising efforts.

The Role

• Build and develop relationships with investors across the Nordics (family offices, HNWIs, institutional investors)
• Act as a key point of contact for investor communications and ongoing relationship management
• Support fundraising initiatives across non-US markets, with a focus on the Nordic region
• Work closely with the Zurich-based Partner on investor strategy and engagement
• Prepare presentations, investor materials, and updates
• Collaborate with other Relationship Managers across the platform
• Represent the firm in investor meetings, calls, and events
• Support the firm’s continued growth and brand presence in the Nordic market

Your Profile

• 1–4 years of experience in investor relations, private markets, asset management, banking, or similar
• Strong interest in venture capital and growth equity
• Confident, relationship-driven, and commercially minded
• Fluency in English required; a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is strongly preferred
• Strong cultural connection or understanding of the Nordic region
• Proactive, organised, and comfortable in a client-facing role
