IT Support Engineer, Family Office
Job Description
Tiger Private is seeking a versatile IT Support Engineer to provide dedicated support to a high-profile client, their family, and a small family office. Working alongside an established IT team, this role will take the lead on all day-to-day technical requirements within the household. Responsibilities will span multiple residences and include support across mobile devices, home entertainment systems, and Wi-Fi networks, covering both personal and professional environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on IT support across multiple locations
- Manage Apple and Android devices, alongside Microsoft systems (including Exchange)
- Maintain and troubleshoot Wi-Fi networks and home entertainment systems
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues in person and remotely
- Assess existing infrastructure and recommend improvements
- Offer clear, user-friendly technical guidance and product advice
- Support digital platforms and social media where required
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in a client-facing IT support role (private/UHNW experience beneficial)
- Strong knowledge of Apple, Android, Microsoft, and networking environments
- Familiarity with smart home and entertainment technologies
- Proactive, flexible, and solutions-driven with a “can-do” attitude
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of discretion
Working schedule
Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 office based with out of hours support if required.
This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, is comfortable supporting outside standard hours when needed, and takes pride in delivering a seamless, high-quality service.
