Job Description

Junior EA

Mayfair

£35,000 - £40,000

A fantastic opportunity for a Junior Executive Assistant to join fast growing Private Equity firm in London, providing dedicated support to two VPs and the Chief of Staff in a close-knit team. This is a new role that you can really make your own, growing and developing as the business continues to grow, taking on special projects and tasks of interest.

The successful assistant will have some previous corporate PA experience, be naturally curious, embrace the use of AI and technology, be ambitious and solution orientated. You will gain exposure to senior stakeholders across the business, with the role combining executive support with broader office operations to contribute fully across the wider initiatives and grow within a collaborative, valuable and high-performing team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage busy diaries and coordinate schedules for two Vice Presidents.
  • Prepare meeting materials and documentation, coordinate meeting rooms and ensure meetings run smoothly.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and last-minute changes.
  • Support the coordination of board and investor meetings.
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of team events and office activities.
  • Work closely with the Chief of Staff to manage team priorities and provide cover during periods of absence to support wider team requirements.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring administrative procedures are completed efficiently.
  • Support the smooth running of daily office operations, including meeting room preparation, welcoming clients and visitors, and liaising with building management and external service providers.
  • Provide reliable administrative support to the wider team as required.

Who You Are:

  • At least one year of previous experience in a corporate, professional services environment as a PA/Team Assistant
  • Highly organised, with excellent prioritisation skills and a strong ability to manage competing demands effectively.
  • Discreet and trustworthy, with a great understanding of confidentiality.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace and the use of AI
  • Adaptable and eager to learn, with the curious initiative to take on additional responsibilities and contribute beyond core duties.
