Junior Housekeeper – HNW Private Household, Chelsea (Live-Out, ASAP Start)

A Chelsea-based HNW family is seeking a Junior Housekeeper to join their established household team of three housekeepers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in hotels, hospitality, chalets, or villa environments who is looking to transition into a long-term career within a private household setting as part of a professional and supportive team.

The role would suit someone eager to build experience in a high-standard private environment, develop their skillset, and grow within an established household structure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with comprehensive housekeeping and daily upkeep of a large private residence
• Supporting deep cleaning and maintaining high presentation standards throughout the property
• Care of furnishings, surfaces, and specialist materials under guidance of senior team members
• Laundry, ironing, wardrobe organisation, and seasonal rotation support
• Supporting stock control, replenishment of supplies, and household errands
• Assisting with guest readiness, greeting visitors, and general household support duties

Requirements:

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, chalet, villa, or similar service environments (private household experience welcome but not essential)
• Keen interest in developing a long-term career within the private household sector
• Discreet, reliable, and professional with strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and take direction
• Flexible, proactive, and a strong team player within an established housekeeping team
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and senior staff

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, with some flexibility
