This part-time Junior Office Manager role is ideal for someone proactive, organised, and looking to grow their skills in a small but busy office environment. This is a fully office-based role, working 20–25 hours per week across 5 days (Monday–Friday) – they are offering £16k gross with nice benefits!

KEY DUTIES:

  • Day-to-day office management including supplies, post, and general upkeep
  • First point of contact for visitors, deliveries, and external contractors
  • Diary coordination and meeting room scheduling
  • Light facilities management and liaison with building services
  • General team support across operations and administration

WHO YOU ARE:

  • 1–2 years' experience in an office admin, coordination, or junior office manager role
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Positive, proactive, and happy to pitch in wherever needed
  • Strong communication skills and a team player mindset
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
  • Comfortable in a fully office-based, fast-moving environment
