Junior Private PA | Family Office | Notting Hill, London | £50,000–£55,000
Tiger Private is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior PA. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual looking to build a long-term career within the private sector. Based within a Family Office in Notting Hill, the role will provide exposure to a broad range of responsibilities, with a particular focus on administration, property management and project coordination across a portfolio of UK and international properties.
The successful candidate will work closely with a senior team member, supporting ongoing property projects, coordinating contractors and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations. This role would suit someone with 1–5 years' relevant experience who is eager to learn, takes direction well and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative support to the Family Office and wider team
- Assisting with the management of a UK and international property portfolio
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers and external service providers
- Coordinating maintenance works, refurbishments and renovation projects
- Scheduling meetings and preparing agendas
- Attending meetings, taking minutes and following up on action points
- Managing project timelines and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
- Assisting with travel arrangements and itineraries
- Supporting lifestyle-related requests, including reservations, appointments and personal administration
- Conducting research and preparing reports
- Providing general office support and assisting with ad hoc projects
Candidate Profile
- 1–5 years' experience within a PA, Team Assistant, Property, Administrative or similar support role
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional and confident communication skills
- Proactive, resourceful and willing to take ownership of tasks
- Eager to learn and develop within a Family Office environment
- Comfortable taking direction and working as part of a team
- Hard-working, dynamic and positive attitude
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Degree educated preferred but not essential

Mon - Fri
9:00am – 6:00pm
Travel
Approximately one day per month, UK/Europe
