Executive Assistant to Head of Legal, Tax and Compliance & General Counsel
Location: West End, London
Salary: £60-65k
Working Hours: 9am–6pm (3 days in office, 2 days from home)

About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Head of Legal, Tax and Compliance, as well as the General Counsel, at a private equity firm based in the West End.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and experienced in managing busy diaries, preparing legal documents, NDA’s and signatories as well as liaising confidently with senior stakeholders. If you have at least five years’ experience as an EA within financial services or a legal setting, and the gravitas to handle confidential interactions, this role could be an excellent fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate complex diaries and schedules for the Head of Legal, Tax and Compliance and General Counsel.
- Organise and schedule meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics for senior legal executives.
- Prepare, review, and refine reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Act as a key point of contact between senior legal stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Support day-to-day administrative functions to ensure smooth operations within the legal team.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Liaise with various departments to facilitate seamless coordination of meetings and projects.
- Manage ad-hoc requests and tasks from the legal team as required.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum five years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting Legal and Tax teams.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage demanding schedules and work effectively under pressure.
- High degree of professionalism and confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team setting.
- Proactive, flexible, and strong work ethic.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and relevant office software.
