Job Title: Partner – Public Sector & Privatization (Saudi National)

Overview:
We are seeking a senior Saudi national legal professional for a Partner-level position within a leading legal practice. The ideal candidate will be fully bilingual in Arabic and English, with a strong background spanning both private practice and government sectors.

The successful candidate will bring solid technical expertise, commercial acumen, and the ability to contribute strategically to the growth of the practice. This role is suited to an established legal professional who has previously trained or worked within a law firm environment, transitioned into a government or public sector role, and is now interested in returning to private practice at a senior level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on complex legal and regulatory matters across public and private sectors
• Support and lead matters related to privatization, public sector transformation, and strategic projects
• Develop client relationships and contribute to expanding the firm’s regional presence
• Build and lead a high-performing legal team
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on business development initiatives
• Provide commercially focused legal solutions aligned with client objectives

Requirements:

• Saudi national with fluent Arabic and English communication skills
• Extensive legal experience across private practice and government entities
• Previous law firm experience is essential
• Strong exposure to privatization projects, either directly within privatized entities or sectors closely connected to privatization initiatives
• Proven ability to manage complex legal matters with strong commercial awareness
• Capability to build and develop a practice area, define team structure, and contribute to business development and revenue growth
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
