Role: Lettings Manager and Administrator
Location: Central London
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, full time, office based
Salary: up to £40,000pa (DOE)
A well-established property management firm based in Central London is seeking a proactive and organised Lettings Manager and Administrator to join their close-knit, sociable team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, managing processes from start to finish, and building strong relationships with both landlords and tenants in a professional and supportive environment.
About the Role:
As the Lettings Manager and Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the lettings process end to end, from property marketing and enquiries through to move in and beyond. You will manage landlord and tenant relationships, ensure compliance across all tenancies, and keep operations running smoothly through excellent communication and thorough administration.
This role would suit someone with strong organisational skills and a background in customer service or sales (not necessarily in property) who thrives in a varied and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing the full lettings process from enquiry to move in
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Conducting and arranging property viewings
• Negotiating offers and progressing agreed lets through to completion
• Preparing tenancy agreements and compliance documentation
• Overseeing online listings and property marketing
• Ensuring all legal, safety and administrative requirements are met
• Maintaining accurate records, databases and tenancy files
• Providing ongoing administrative and operational support to the wider team
About You:
You will be confident, organised and professional, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong relationships. A background in sales (not necessarily property) is desirable, as this role requires negotiation skills and a proactive, client-focused approach.
