I am working with an innovative tech Founder, seeking a highly capable, polished, and proactive Lifestyle Manager. This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional who excels at balancing high-level executive support with personal and lifestyle management.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the executive’s professional priorities run smoothly while also enhancing their personal and family life through exceptional organization, discretion, and service.

Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Lifestyle & Personal Assistant to support a CEO & Partner in managing both high-level personal lifestyle operations and select executive priorities.

This is a rare opportunity for a highly connected, resourceful, and polished professional who thrives in ultra-high-touch environments and understands the nuances of luxury service, discretion, and access. The ideal candidate has deep roots within New York City’s hospitality, dining, nightlife, and cultural scenes and can seamlessly execute everything from global travel logistics to impossible-to-get reservations and bespoke VIP experiences.

Approximately 20–25% of the role will involve executive support responsibilities, including business travel coordination, scheduling, and calendar management.

The successful candidate is proactive, emotionally intelligent, calm under pressure, and operates with absolute confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Lifestyle & Personal Support

  • Provide 24/7 white-glove lifestyle and concierge support to two principals, with flexibility across evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Curate and manage all aspects of an elevated luxury lifestyle, including:

    • Securing priority access to New York City’s most exclusive restaurants, members-only clubs, and sought-after reservations

    • Coordinating VIP nightlife experiences, private events, and culturally relevant social scenes

    • Delivering highly personalized recommendations informed by insider knowledge and real-time trends

  • Plan and execute complex international travel itineraries, including:

    • Multi-leg travel coordination

    • Luxury hotels and private villa bookings

    • Private aviation arrangements

    • High-end dining, entertainment, and destination experiences

  • Coordinate and support experiential travel, high-profile gatherings, and event-based logistics with a VIP-first mindset

  • Utilize an established network to unlock exclusive opportunities and access unavailable through traditional channels

  • Serve as a liaison between principals, vendors, hospitality partners, household staff, and key external stakeholders

  • Manage and reconcile expenses related to travel, entertainment, and lifestyle activities

Executive Support (20–25%)

  • Coordinate business travel that integrates seamlessly with personal schedules

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and select office-related priorities

  • Anticipate needs proactively and resolve issues quickly and discreetly

  • Represent the principals with professionalism, polish, and credibility in all interactions

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience supporting ultra-high-net-worth individuals within a private office, family office, lifestyle management, or executive/personal assistant capacity

  • Strong, active network within New York City hospitality, fine dining, nightlife, events, and cultural communities (required)

  • Proven success securing high-demand reservations, VIP experiences, and exclusive access

  • Deep understanding of NYC’s luxury restaurant landscape, emerging venues, and culturally relevant social scenes

  • Extensive experience coordinating luxury global travel and highly customized itineraries

  • Experience supporting destination-based events, experiential travel, or festival-level logistics strongly preferred

  • Ability to transition fluidly between personal lifestyle management and executive support responsibilities

  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

  • Outstanding communication skills and executive presence

  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and sound judgment

  • Flexible, service-oriented mindset with 24/7 responsiveness

  • Must be based in New York City and available for local travel as needed

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $150,000 – $180,000 + discretionary annual bonus

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage

  • 401(k) with up to 10% employer match

  • Life insurance and parental leave

  • 15 PTO days, legal holidays, and sick leave

  • Commuter benefits and corporate discounts

  • LinkedIn Learning and professional development opportunities

  • Summer Fridays, team events, happy hours, and stocked office amenities

  • Collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment

This role is ideal for someone who combines operational excellence with cultural fluency, discretion, and an exceptional ability to make things happen at the highest level.
