Live-in Housekeeper, London
Job Description
Tiger Private is seeking an experienced, professional Live-in Housekeeper to support a lovely UHNW female principal at her main London residence in Maida Vale. This is a long-term role within a discreet, well-run private household, requiring someone trustworthy, proactive, and confident in managing the smooth day-to-day running of a high-standard home.
The successful candidate will be provided with a separate, self-contained private apartment within the property, including its own bathroom, kitchenette, and living space, ensuring privacy and comfortable living arrangements.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm, with a degree of flexibility required depending on the principal’s schedule and occasional household needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Full housekeeping of the residence to an exceptionally high standard
- Laundry, ironing, wardrobe care, and fabric maintenance
- Light cooking and meal preparation as required, with an enjoyment of cooking preferred
- Ensuring kitchens and household areas are fully stocked, organised, and maintained (including fridges and pantry management)
- Running occasional household errands
- Daily upkeep to ensure the property is consistently immaculate and well-presented
- Coordination of supplies and general household provisions
- Maintaining systems and standards across the residence
- Occasional travel to other family properties to ensure consistency of housekeeping standards
Person Specification
- Proven experience working as a private housekeeper within UHNW households or similar high-standard environments
- Strong, confident, and discreet personality with excellent judgement
- Highly trustworthy and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional, organised, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with light cooking and meal preparation
Additional Information
This role is ideally suited to an experienced live-in housekeeper. However, consideration may also be given to a domestic couple application if paired with a suitable driver or complementary household support role.
Salary is circa £50,000 per annum, with some flexibility depending on experience.
