Job Description

Tiger Private is seeking an experienced Assistant to support the daily operations of a high-net-worth family.

The family consists of two parents and their 8 year-old twins. The PA will work closely with family members, particularly in managing children's affairs.

This role requires exceptional communication and organisational skills, with the ability to adapt to a wide range of demands.

The Assistant must maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times.

Job Requirements:

  1. Fluent in both Chinese and English: Excellent spoken and written proficiency in both languages to facilitate smooth communication with family members and external contacts.
  2. Valid Driver's License: Must hold a valid driver's license, with a proven ability to drive safely and manage transportation needs for high-net-worth family members.
  3. Experience as a Private Assistant: At least two years of experience working with high-net-worth clients or in a similar role, adept at managing schedules, coordinating tasks, and handling high-level communications.
  4. Experience with Children: Experience working in households with children, particularly within high-net-worth families, or personal experience in childcare. Must understand children's needs and be proficient in managing school-related matters.
  5. Handling School Affairs: Able to manage and oversee children's school-related responsibilities, including communication with teachers and school administration to ensure a smooth educational experience.
  6. Full-Time Availability: This is a full-time position, requiring flexible working hours

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Friendly and approachable, with the ability to get along well with family members and children.
  • Able to work under pressure and respond quickly to unexpected situations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in maintaining privacy and discretion within a high-net-worth family environment.
  • Background in childcare or education is a plus.

This is a live-in position and accommodation will be provided in within the families Weybridge residence in a separate space, with private bedroom & bathroom.
