An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and highly professional live-in Rota Nanny to join a prestigious UHNW household in Gstaad Switzerland. The successful candidate will support the family in a team of 3 experienced Nannies on a 2 week rota.

CORE REQUIREMENTS

• Rota nanny: full-time when on rotation; comfortable with international travel and multi-residence logistics.
• Languages: native-level English is essential; German and/or French would be highly advantageous.
• Background: Teaching qualification and/or Montessori/Norland training strongly preferred.
• Lifestyle fit: sporty, outdoorsy, and happy to engage in skiing/hiking/cycling with the children
• Approach: interactive, educational, and nurturing, while maintaining the highest discretion.
• Household integration: light children-related cooking on occasion, a full time chef is onsite
• Start: ideally November.

CANDIDATE ESSENTIALS

• Proven rota experience (or clear evidence of thriving in high-intensity on-duty blocks).
• Strong references from comparable UHNW households.
• Up-to-date background checks, first-aid/paediatric first-aid, and a clean driving record.
• Comfort with travel, confidentiality/NDAs, and coordinated working within a wider household team.
