Marketing Manager 
Location: Central London  
Salary: From £60,000 + Performance Bonus 

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially minded marketing professional to join a highly regarded executive education provider as Marketing Manager. This pivotal role will shape and lead the organisation’s marketing strategy, driving brand growth, client acquisition, and market presence across the UK and international markets. 

The Role
As Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of the marketing function from strategy development to execution and performance measurement. This is a hands-on newly created role where you will design and deliver impactful, data-driven campaigns that generate leads, enhance brand positioning, and support the company’s ambitious growth plans. 

You will manage relationships with agencies and partners, oversee budgets to ensure strong ROI, and lead the development of marketing content and collateral. Additionally, you’ll mentor and manage one junior marketing administrator supporting their professional growth and ensuring high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities Include: 

  • Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy aligned with business objectives 

  • Lead digital marketing activity, including SEO, paid search, social, email, and website optimisation 

  • Refresh and elevate brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity 

  • Oversee the creation of engaging content, campaigns, and thought leadership materials 

  • Manage budgets, track KPIs, and deliver regular performance reporting to senior leadership 

  • Lead relationships with agencies, designers, copywriters, and media partners 

  • Support, develop, and manage a junior marketing/admin team member 

  • Drive data-led decision-making and continuous improvement across marketing activity 

 

About You: 

  • Experience in marketing, within training, consultancy, education or professional development sectors - ideally from an SME. 

  • Proven track record of delivering measurable ROI and ROAS through integrated marketing campaigns 

  • Strong expertise in SEO, paid media, email, and content marketing 

  • Experienced in managing budgets, external partners, and agency relationships 

  • Confident in brand strategy, messaging, and positioning 

  • Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused with excellent communication skills 

  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) 

  • Knowledge of international markets and a creative flair for storytelling and design
