A well-established FX trading platform based in Dubai is seeking an experienced MT5 / cTrader Executive to join their growing trading operations team. This role is ideal for a disciplined professional with a strong technical understanding of FX markets, platform operations, and risk controls, combined with a stable and progressive career history.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage MT5 and cTrader trading platforms on a daily basis
• Monitor trading activity, pricing, spreads, and execution quality
• Manage risk exposure, margin levels, and client trading behaviour
• Investigate and resolve trade queries, execution issues, and platform incidents
• Liaise with liquidity providers, technology teams, and compliance where required
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory standards, and best practices
• Produce reports and analysis related to trading performance and risk metrics

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar role within an FX brokerage or trading platform
• Proven hands-on experience with MT5 and/or cTrader is essential
• Strong understanding of FX products, execution models, and risk management
• High attention to detail with a calm, analytical approach under pressure
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, team-oriented mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, IT, or a related field
• Stable career history with demonstrated progression and longevity in previous roles
