Industry: Forex Trading / Financial Services

We are partnering with a forex trading firm in Dubai that is seeking an experienced MT5 Trade Support Specialist to join their growing operations team. This is a hands-on role suited to a technical expert with deep knowledge of MT5 administration and bridge connectivity in a live brokerage environment. Please note that flexibility is required as you will across a range of shifts including 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm and 1pm- 11pm.

Key Responsibilities

MT5 & Trading Platform Administration

• Configure and manage MT5 & MT4 Admin and Manager terminals
• Administer Centroid Bridge and oversee connectivity with Liquidity Providers
• LP routing via FXCubic, Maxtrader, OneZero, and PrimeXM
• Create, map, and synchronize trading symbols
• Set up groups including commission structures, spreads, and swap configurations
• Perform real-time swap updates via Symbol Editor
• Manage account creation, permissions, and group assignments

Execution & Risk Support

• Monitor and optimize order routing, execution quality, spreads, and slippage
• Ensure chart synchronization and data feed stability
• Implement network whitelisting to maintain secure server access
• Support FIX API integration and deployment
• Identify and mitigate operational risks through improved procedures and controls

Collaboration & Operations

• Work closely with IT, Compliance, and Risk teams on system upgrades, regulatory changes, and business initiatives
• Contribute to refining operational workflows to enhance efficiency and platform stability

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in MT5 platform administration and Centroid Bridge
• Strong understanding of forex trading operations and brokerage environments
• Hands-on experience with LP connectivity and bridge solutions
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field
• Flexibility to work across a range of shifts including 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm and 1pm- 11pm.
