Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 p.a.

Tiger Recruitment is currently recruiting for a UHNWF based in New York City that is seeking an experienced, professional, and highly discreet Nanny to provide exceptional care for their children. The ideal candidate will have extensive childcare experience and be able to foster educational milestones for different ages. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide attentive, nurturing, and age-appropriate care for child(ren).
• Support developmental milestones through educational, creative, and recreational activities.
• Establish and maintain routines related to meals, naps, hygiene, schoolwork, and bedtime.
• Assist with homework and enrichment activities.
• Promote positive behavior, manners, social skills, and emotional well-being.
• Always ensure a safe and secure environment.

• Coordinate children's schedules, appointments, extracurricular activities, and social engagements.
• Oversee children's wardrobes, seasonal clothing needs, and inventory management.
• Pack and unpack for family travel and children's activities.
• Maintain organization of children's bedrooms, play areas, and belongings.

• Accompany the family on domestic and international travel as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a nanny UHNW private households.
• Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate educational practices.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Ability to swim and knowledge of water safety
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
• Passport and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and protect family privacy.
