Nanny (Russian Speaking and/or Spanish Speaking) - UHNW Family

New Jersey, US

Full Time, Permanent (ROTA schedule)

$110,000 - $150,000 p.a. base

A UHNWI family, newly established in New Jersey, with two toddlers, is seeking an experienced and caring Nanny to become a trusted part of their household. The parents lead an active professional lifestyle and value reliability, warmth, and a structured, nurturing environment for their children. The family enjoys spending quality time together, traveling, and providing their kids with opportunities for growth and development. This role offers the chance to be an integral member of the nannies’ team, working collaboratively to support the children’s well-being, education, and overall development in a loving and caring environment.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Provide attentive care for two toddlers, ensuring their safety, well-being, and emotional development
  • Encourage the children’s growth and curiosity through structured educational and recreational activities, including creative projects, reading, sports, and play
  • Support the children’s academic growth in both Russian and English
  • Organize playdates, outings, and extracurricular activities
  • Maintain the children’s daily routines, including meals, hygiene, and bedtime
  • Travel with the family when required, ensuring consistency and comfort for the children
  • Maintain open and consistent communication with parents about the children’s development, daily routines, and specific needs
  • Work as an integral part of the nannies’ team, following a rotational schedule to ensure continuous, high-quality care

 

WHO YOU ARE

  • 10+ years of proven experience as a Nanny in UHNW/UHNWI families
  • Native-level Russian OR Spanish, and fluent English
  • Strong childcare skills with deep knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
  • Formal education in Early Childhood Education or completed Child Psychology courses (mandatory)
  • Additional certifications or specialized courses related to children’s development, safety, or education are considered a strong advantage
  • Warm, patient, and nurturing personality combined with a high level of professionalism
  • Ability to maintain structured routines while encouraging creativity and independence
  • Flexibility and availability to travel with the family as needed
  • Readiness to work on a rotational schedule as part of the nannies’ team
  • Discretion, reliability, and respect for the family’s privacy
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Verified references from former employers are required
  • Prior experience with families following traditional Jewish customs is considered an advantage
