Job Description

My client, a boutique property investment firm in the City, are looking to hire a proactive Office & Admin Manager!

Role: Office Manager & Administrator 
Sector: Investment / Property 
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum 
Location: City of London
When: Monday - Friday / hybrid working

What you'll do:

  • Lead the day-to-day running of the office
  • Act as a trusted and personal assistant to the directors, managing diaries and travel arrangements
  • Support directors in all administrative and operational matters, ensuring priorities are met and objectives achieved
  • Provide high-level administrative support for investment activities
  • Oversee building maintenance, supplier and tenant relationships
  • Oversee accounts payable processes utilising accounting platforms 
  • Administer and co-ordinate internal projects
  • Apply a structured approach to project management, driving successful outcomes and continuous improvement
  • Ensure secure documentation control and compliance

What you need:

  • Previous experience within an Office Manager / PA / Senior Administrative role
  • Proven experience within a Financial Services or Professional Services firm 
  • Experience within all MS Packages and Accounting Softwares
  • Outstanding organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
