Office Manage (Immediate start required)

About the Role:

A boutique real estate organization based in Business Bay is seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Manager to join their team on an urgent basis, with the ability to start immediately or early next week.

This is an all-encompassing role combining front-desk reception with broader office management responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while providing administrative support across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner

  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them appropriately

  • Manage appointment scheduling and calendars

  • Oversee the general tidiness and daily functioning of the office

  • Order and manage office supplies and consumables

  • Liaise with suppliers and service providers

  • Coordinate office repairs and maintenance when required

  • Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems

  • Support HR-related tasks including visa processing and onboarding

  • Assist with trade license renewals and government documentation

  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to HR, Finance, and other departments

  • Track petty cash and basic expense documentation

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or office management role within real estate

  • Highly organised with strong multitasking skills

  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Knowledge of UAE visa processes and trade license renewals is advantageous

  • Immediately available or able to start at short notice
