Office Manager - Nyon
Nyon, VD
We are assisting a global organization in their search for an experienced Office Manager to oversee the smooth running of their Nyon operations.
Your duties will include:
- General reception duties, answering phones and welcoming guests
- Oversee office administration and manage local resources
- Support the General Management team based out of Nyon office with internal meetings and conferences
- Managing local invoices, company bills, scanning and submitting them for payment to the right stakeholders in the organization
- Responsible for organizing the daily or periodic office activities like local daily lunch catering service for the office staff including visitors
- Managing the inventory and ordering of local office supplies and stationery including upkeep of equipment like printer, coffee machines, laptops ( in coordination with the IT team)
- Manage the office mail
- Support and manage team dairies of the General Management team, as needed. This would include some specific meetings, coordinating interviews when required (candidates' calendar and travel
- Arranging travel for the team (incl. flights, accommodation, and car rentals) and any related expense claims
- Supporting new joiners (largely senior management roles) with support on car leasing, initial hotel accommodation, car rental during their initial settling phase
- Fluent in French and English
For this position we can only consider Swiss/EU nationality, or clear eligibility for Swiss residence/work permit.
