Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the office and provide administrative support within a private equity firm based in the West End. This is a varied and fast-paced role that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a professional and efficient working environment.

This is a temp to perm role, starting asap. The role is based in the office full-time and they're happy to pay up to £80,000 per annum for the right level of experience. 

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the daily operations of the office and maintain high standards across all facilities and shared spaces
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and building management to support office operations and maintenance
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment and meeting room organisation
  • Provide administrative support to senior team members and departments
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel arrangements and general office logistics
  • Prepare documents, presentations and meeting materials as needed
  • Support expense processing, invoices and other operational administration tasks
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and contribute to the smooth running of the wider business

  • Previous experience in an Office Manager, Executive Assistant or similar administrative role preferred
  • Exposure to investment management or financial services is advantageous
