Central London | Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm
Salary: £29,000 - £33,000 p.a
An established and highly regarded PR firm in Central London is looking for an organised, proactive and personable Office & Operations Coordinator to join its growing team.
This is a varied role sitting at the heart of the London office, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the workplace while also providing wider operational support to the European team. From ensuring the office is welcoming and client-ready, to coordinating suppliers, events, technology and team initiatives, this is a role that touches all areas of the business.
We are looking for someone who naturally takes ownership, enjoys being the person others can rely on and is confident spotting what needs doing without always being asked. You will be comfortable juggling a number of priorities, working with external suppliers and colleagues across the business, and finding practical ways to make processes more efficient.
The Role
Office & Operations

Take ownership of the day-to-day running of the London office, ensuring it remains welcoming, organised and operating smoothly.

Manage front of house, meeting rooms and general office presentation, ensuring everything is consistently client-ready.

Build strong relationships with suppliers and service providers, coordinating maintenance, deliveries and other office requirements.

Manage office supplies, IT equipment, stationery, refreshments and first aid provisions, including weekly food orders and team lunches.

Complete monthly company credit card reconciliations, ensuring transactions are accurately matched with receipts.

Coordinate client and team gifting, including the annual client hamper programme and ad hoc requests throughout the year.

Provide holiday cover and support to colleagues across Office Management and Executive Support.

Take responsibility as the London office Fire Warden and First Aider, with training provided where required.

Support the organisation and delivery of internal and external events, from team socials through to client and marketing events.

Provide wider administrative support across the European team, including research, diary management and travel arrangements as required.
About you
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused, with experience in an office, operations or business support environment.
You will be confident communicating with people at all levels, comfortable managing multiple priorities and naturally inclined to take ownership.
Above all, you will be someone who enjoys creating a positive, well-run working environment and is happy to roll up their sleeves and get things done.
