Operations Assistant
We are working with a highly regarded boutique Private Equity firm to find an exceptional Operations Assistant to join their collaborative and fast-paced team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with an experienced and supportive Operations Manager, acting as their right hand and gaining broad exposure across the business. It is an ideal role for someone looking to build a long-term career in operations within a dynamic investment environment. They are paying up to £50k with great benefits, the hours are 8-6 with 3 days a month from home.
The Role
This is a varied and hands-on position, where you will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Responsibilities include:
- Managing office operations, including facilities and vendor coordination
- Overseeing IT coordination and troubleshooting support
- Assisting with the planning and delivery of internal and external events
- Supporting HR processes, including onboarding and training
- Contributing to wider operational projects alongside senior stakeholders
- Providing ad hoc support to Executive Assistants when required
About You
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, adaptable, and happy to take initiative
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar operations or office support role preferred
