Working Pattern: Full-time, Office-Based (Monday to Thursday, with increasing Friday office attendance to meet business needs)
We are recruiting on behalf of one of our longest standing clients; a leading global investment organisation. They are seeking an experienced and highly professional Personal Assistant to support senior members of their London-based team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, providing first-class administrative support, and acting as a trusted point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior team members.

Manage complex and ever-changing diaries across multiple time zones.

Coordinate internal and external meetings, both virtual and in-person.

Liaise confidently with clients, stakeholders, and business contacts.

Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries.

Process and manage team expenses.

Support day-to-day operational activities as required.

Act as a central point of contact for the team, managing priorities and responding to requests efficiently.

Assist with project coordination and ad hoc business initiatives.

Coordinate onboarding activities and support new starter processes.

Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and databases.

Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and team efficiencies.

Undertake additional administrative and operational responsibilities as required.
About You
Experience
-
Experience gained within Private Equity, Investment Banking, Asset Management, Financial Services, or a similar professional services environment is highly desirable.

Proven experience supporting senior executives and managing stakeholder relationships.
